RedStart Design: Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your RedStart purchase, please follow these guidelines to return your merchandise.


•	Merchandise in its original, unworn condition with its packaging may be returned for exchange or refund based on the original form of payment less shipping charges.

•	You will not be charged shipping if you are returning an item because it was defective or because we sent the wrong item.

•	Exchanges made for RedStart products of greater value than the returned item will require confirmation of additional payment before the new item is shipped.

•	All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted after thirty days.

•	Please print out, fill out and include the form here with your return.
